This is a full-automatic production line for KN95/N95 face masks production. The mask is consists of non-woven fabrics and Melt-blown fabric with 3~6 layers. 

The main automation processes include the coil material feeding, folding ultrasonic welding, nose bridge feeding, ultrasonic welding ear bands, die cutting, folding forming, ultrasonic welding and die cutting etc.
 
Automatic to calculate the production quantity to help the workers to control the machine working efficiency and progress.
The frequency can be adjusted to control the machine speed.
The equipment has a high degree of automation and has low requirements on the operator, only need to load the machine and collect the finished products.
With modular and user-friendly design, it’s very easy to maintain the machine.
